Veralia Manifesto

Choosing a position is not just choosing a hospital.

It's choosing how you'll train.

It's choosing how you'll work.

It's choosing where you'll live for years.

It's choosing the environment that will shape your learning, your mental health, and your professional growth.

And yet, for too long, that decision has been made with incomplete information.

Private messages.

Closed groups.

Partial information lost each year.

Opinions filtered by fear.

Experiences lost when someone finishes residency.

We believe that's not enough.

We believe healthcare professionals deserve to decide with greater clarity.

Without exposing anyone.

Without pointing fingers.

Without turning experience into judgment.

The reality of a hospital is not black or white.

It's a combination of training, workload, and quality of life.

It's an intersection of what you learn, what you work, and how you live.

Veralia was born from that idea.

From the conviction that truth is not conflict.

It's context.

That transparency is not an attack.

It's responsibility.

That sharing experiences, anonymously and structured, does not weaken institutions.

It strengthens them.

Because when information is organized and accumulated, it stops depending on rumors.

And when experiences can be expressed without fear, they become useful for everyone.

Veralia does not intend to replace human conversation.

It intends to give it structure.

It does not intend to judge hospitals.

It intends to make their reality visible from within.

So that those about to choose can do so with greater awareness.

So that those already inside can compare and improve.

So that the system evolves without confrontation, but with clarity.

Choosing with truth is not a luxury.

It's a responsibility.

And Veralia exists to make that truth visible, honestly and safely, for those who dedicate their lives to caring for others.
