You are one of the entry points for other residents to participate so enough diverse, balanced data can be generated. It’s not an official or public role, and you don’t speak on behalf of the hospital: you help create real context, always anonymously and in aggregated form.
Why are representatives needed?
Because without someone driving participation, information never reaches critical mass. When experiences are scarce, isolated opinions carry more weight than they should and distort perception. Resident representatives help ensure continuity, profile diversity, and accumulated learning across cohorts.
